We are investing €2 million in a business management system

We have launched a major roll-out of our business management system, Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, covering all Group companies.

The project consists of two implementation phases and is expected to be completed in mid-2026.

“Today, business speed and accuracy are key competitive factors. By integrating the systems of all companies into a single ERP system, we are strengthening the Group’s management and operational efficiency. This system will allow us to manage resources more efficiently, make faster decisions and ensure an even higher level of customer service,” says Ramunė Venslauskienė, our Company Director.

The first phase of the project aims to integrate all business processes, IT systems and data into a single digital platform, starting with finance and accounting functions. This phase focuses on creating a solid foundation for further integration, in particular by ensuring centralised and standardised management of financial flows and accounting data across the Group.

According to Ms Venslauskienė, the new system is expected to: centralise data management across the Group, automate key processes from finance to logistics, enable the monitoring of activities and strengthen communication between departments and companies in the daily routine.

In the second phase, the transfer and integration of production processes is envisaged. This will entail the transfer of all operational functions, from the monitoring and management of freight flows to the planning of terminal equipment loads and the automatic generation of reports. This phase will be crucial for operational efficiency and faster response to customer and market needs.

The project is being implemented in cooperation with the international IT company ERP mechanics UAB.
