Group History
1993
Company Klaipėdos terminalas, UAB was incorporated.
1994
Company Klaipėdos konteinerių terminalas, UAB was founded. Main activity – general cargo, ro-ro cargo and container handling.
2000
– Stevedoring company Malkų įlankos terminalas, UAB, specializing in round timber handling, was founded. Currently, this is one of the largest terminals in Klaipėda handling highest quantities of agricultural products.
– Thyssenkrupp Baltija, UAB started its operation. Main activity direction – sale in quay installation equipment and rental thereof.
2008
International logistics centre, UAB started its activity. The company engaged in ship agency and chartering, freight forwarding and logistics, customs services.
2011
The name Klaipėdos terminalas, UAB was changed into Klaipėdos terminalo grupė, UAB.
2012
– Independent electricity supplier Energolive, UAB was founded. Main activity – electricity supply to private and public sector clients.
– Petrauskai Charity and Support Foundation AGeRa was founded.
2014
Agricultural product trading company SEIA, UAB was incorporated. The company engaged in buying up and trading in legumes and oilseed crops.
2015
Real property company Aim Developing Ltd. was founded. It focuses on real property project development in Great Britain.
2016
– Jonava football club was purchased.
– Thyssenkrupp Baltija, UAB name was changed into Thyssenkrupp Infrastructure, UAB.
2020
Reconstruction of the ALIA business center is completed.
The 5400 sq. m business center ALIA , KTG office in Kaunas is opened.
2022
KTG Minija, UAB, a developer of various real estate projects, was founded.
2023
KTG Fleet Management, UAB was established. The main activity is the sale of trucks, their parts and servicing services.
2024
A new 7000 sq. m logistics center MINIJOS 181, KTG office in Klaipeda.
