Group History
1993
The company UAB “Klaipėdos terminalas” was established.
1994
The company UAB “Klaipėdos konteineriu terminalas” was established. Its main activity is handling of general cargo, ro-ro cargo and containers.
2000
– The maritime cargo company UAB “Malkų īlankos terminalas” is established, specializing in the handling of round timber. It is currently one of the largest terminals for loading agricultural products in Klaipėda.
– UAB “Thyssenkrupp Baltija” begins operations, the main activity of which is the sale of quay equipment and their rental.
2008
UAB “International Logistics Center” begins its operations. The main activities are ship agency and chartering, freight forwarding and logistics, and customs services.
2011
The name of UAB “Klaipėdos terminalas” has been changed to UAB “Klaipėdos terminalo grupė”.
2012
– Independent electricity supplier UAB “Energolive” is established. The main activity is the supply of electricity to private and public sector customers.
– Petrauskas Charity and Support Foundation “AGeRa” is established.
2014
An agricultural products trading company, UAB “SEIA”, is established. The company’s activities include purchasing and trading of legume and oilseed crops.
2015
The real estate company Aim Developing Ltd. is established, with its main area of activity being the development of real estate projects in Great Britain.
2016
– Jonava Football Club is acquired.
– The name of UAB Thyssenkrupp Baltija is changed to UAB Thyssenkrupp Infrastructure.
2020
Reconstruction of the ALIA business center has been completed.
The 5,400 sq. m. ALIA business center, KTG office in Kaunas, has been opened.
2022
KTG Minija UAB, a company developing various real estate projects, is established.
2023
KTG Fleet Management UAB is established. The main activity is the sale of trucks, their parts and service.
2024
KTG Fleet Management, UAB has changed its name to AutoMovi, UAB. Its main business is long-term car leasing for businesses.
2024
The 7,000 sq. m logistics center MINIJOS 181, KTG office in Klaipėda, was opened.
