Summer camp on the Curonian Spit – a joint initiative with the LSOC community

KTG, together with the Petrauskas Charity and Support Foundation AGeRa, supports the initiatives of the Lithuanian Special Olympics Committee (LSOC).

This summer, we once again contributed to the organization of a special camp – a meaningful space for children with disabilities to grow, play sports, and strengthen their bonds with each other.

The week-long camp, held in the town of Pervalka on the Curonian Spit, became not only a place for active leisure, but also for personal development. More than 20 children and young people from all over Lithuania participated in various physical training activities, educational sessions, and activities that strengthened their summer experiences.

“The camp provided excellent conditions not only for physical training, but also for personal development through educational activities and shared summer experiences. Each day was dedicated to a new challenge – from group training sessions, nature hikes, and bike trips from Pervalka to Nida, to educational boat trips and walking tours that helped us learn more about the history and natural beauty of the Curonian Lagoon,” – says LSOK Director Daiva Dabrilienė.

We are delighted to support initiatives that help children with disabilities to develop, overcome challenges, discover themselves through sport, and build stronger connections with their environment and peers.
