Minijos 181 wins the prestigious “Interior of the Year” award

Logistics centre Minijos 181 in Klaipėda deserves this exclusive title for:

• The first and only office in Lithuania built entirely of wood;
• Eco-friendly construction: 30 tonnes of recycled concrete and 600 m³ of certified wood;
• Sustainable design that reduces environmental impact;
• 7,800 m² of innovation – modern office and warehouse space.

The unique project was realised by architect Laurynas Avyžius and the talented team at NEBRAU.COM, whose vision and dedication have made this office not only a workplace but also a symbol of sustainability and innovation.
