This is ensured by a newly installed battery energy storage system integrated with a solar power plant.
The implemented solution allows the Minijos 181 complex to operate independently of the power grid for several days, and under favorable sunny weather conditions, to supply itself with electricity for up to a week.
Tests confirmed that the system can ensure uninterrupted operation of the office and warehouse, the functioning of electric vehicle charging stations, the operation of ventilation systems, and the charging of electric forklifts even in the event of a power outage.
The Minijos 181 complex can generate up to 800 kWh of solar energy per day, while the battery system can store approximately 220 kWh of electricity. This significantly enhances the facility’s energy resilience and preparedness for potential power supply disruptions.
Today, energy resilience is no longer a choice but a necessity for businesses seeking to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
