KTG managed terminals steady pace of operations in the first half of 2026

Operating under challenging market conditions from January through June, KTG-managed terminals ensured stable operations, handling more than 1.69 million metric tons of cargo and servicing 534 vessels.

Despite geopolitical and economic uncertainty, the terminals maintained strong operational results. Ro-Ro cargo volume reached nearly 690,000 metric tons, while the general cargo segment grew by 17 percent—to more than 423,000 metric tons. During the first half of the year, 242,434 TEU of containers were also handled, reflecting the terminals’ ability to adapt to changing market demands and diversify cargo flows.

During the first six months of the year, another terminal managed by KTG handled 573,000 metric tons of bulk and liquid cargo. Although market conditions affected volumes in certain cargo segments, operations continued to focus primarily on efficiency, operational flexibility, and ensuring reliable, high-quality services for customers.
