The cargo terminals operated by KTG handled a total of 8.6 million tonnes of cargo in 2024 \u2013 1 million tonnes more than in 2023. The Group\u2019s terminals also served 1,465 cargo ships.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ro-Ro cargo handling at the Klaip\u0117da Container Terminal totalled 1,158 million tonnes, whilst the Malk\u0173 Bay Terminal handled more than 1.7 million tonnes of cargo. A new record for vessel calls was set \u2013 311 vessels called at the terminal in 2024.<\/p>\n

Containers handled at KTG terminals accounted for 47 per cent of the port\u2019s total container throughput.<\/p>\n
