We started construction of a new logistics centre “Minijos 181” in Klaipėda

To mark the start of construction, we buried a symbolic capsule with a letter to future generations. We expect to celebrate the groundbreaking in the second quarter of 2024.

The new building will become the main headquarters of the Klaipėda Terminal Group. It will house the administrative staff of the Group companies. The decision to invest in the new camp was driven by our ambitious plans to expand our operations and bring more added value to our customers in the Port of Klaipeda.

Background:
-The plan is to construct a two-store building of almost 7 800 sqm with storage and administrative premises.
-Almost 5,000 sqm of warehouse space.
-General administrative space of – 2 800 sqm.
-The building uses natural materials: wood, metal.
-Project prepared by architectural studio UAB NEBRAU, architect – Laurynas Avyžius;
-Construction contractor – UAB “Aldasta”.
