The building is located on the bank of the river Nemunas, in a unique place of the city, where the beautiful view of Kaunas Old Town opens. KTG plans to make the reconstruction of the building by making it install modern, multifunctional administrative premises.
KTG has a special relationship with Kaunas city, therefore this investment is related not only to the possibilities of business development but also to the desire to contribute to the development of a beautiful city. In the long run, the use of a broader Nemunas quay at the administrative building is also visible.
It is planned to implement the “Combo” reconstruction project by year 2019.
