Klaipėda Container Terminal has a new identity

KCT updated its logo.

“For our clients we present not only a new trademark, but even more – our new identity. Our updated logo depicts the evolution of the freight business and the company today” told CEO V. Šileika.

The old logo, which was created a quarter of a century ago, outdated morally and could not longer represent the company which grew up and changed substantially. Both the freight servicing scope, and the inner processes changed, lots of innovations were implemented, the company name itself changed many times. The efficiency and capacity of the terminal from 1994 grew by 75 per cent, the company became one of the leading Eastern Baltic Sea region sea ship port cargo companies.

Klaipėda Container Terminal, established 25 years ago, is the pioneer of container cargo at Klaipėda port. At present, the company manages two cargo terminals: container terminal and Ro-Ro, and a general cargo terminal. On the basis of cargo flows it is one of the leading companies at the port.

For this reason, and for the occasion of the approaching 25th year anniversary of the company, it was decided to replace the logo with a more modern one reflecting the major values of the company: professionalism, reliability, and integrity, and at the same time to update all visual identity of the company and the website of the company www.terminalas.lt

For keeping up the tradition, the symbol of the new logo is made from the abbreviation of the company name, i.e. KCT, and its graphic solution relays the main activities of the company – container cargo services.
