In 2023, we increased our revenues to €60.6 million

Our Klaipėda Terminal Group’s revenues last year amounted to EUR 60.6 million and were 7% higher than in 2022 (EUR 56.3 million).

The revenue growth was mainly driven by a EUR 4.8 million or 20% increase in container handling and warehousing revenues.

In 2023, cargo volumes grew by almost 11% compared to 2022, with 7.6 million tones of cargo handled at Klaipėda Container and Malkų Įlankos terminals (6.8 million tones in 2022), and 4.9 million tones at Klaipėda Container Terminal (4.3 million tones).

Last year, we generated a consolidated net profit of EUR 15.5 million, down 4% from EUR 16.1 million in 2022. The decline in profitability was due to changes in income and deferred income taxes and higher interest and impairment charges on financial assets.

We invested more than €15 million in new harbour cranes, fleet expansion, increased storage capacity, a lighting system and solar power plants at our managed cargo terminals Klaipėda Container Terminal and Malkų Įlankos Terminal.

We have all the necessary resources and experience to grow our business, and this year we plan to continue investing in port equipment and increasing storage capacity.
