Another summer full of discoveries and athletic challenges with the LSOK community

For many years now, KTG, together with the Petrauskas Charity and Support Foundation AGeRa, has been contributing to the initiatives of the Lithuanian Special Olympics Committee (LSOK) that promote physical activity, social inclusion, and personal growth among children and young people.

This summer, our support helped organize the traditional sports camp in Pervalka on the Curonian Spit, attended by young LSOK athletes. The week-long activities were filled not only with physical challenges but also with memorable experiences. Participants went on hiking trips, cycled to Nida, explored the Nagliai Nature Reserve, and one of the most memorable adventures was a boat trip to the Pervalka lighthouse.

According to LSOK Director Daiva Dabrilienė, the camp provided excellent conditions not only for athletic training but also for the participants’ all-around development. “The camp provided excellent conditions not only for physical training but also for personal growth through educational activities and shared summer experiences,” says D. Dabrilienė.

Such initiatives help build children’s and young people’s self-confidence, develop communication skills, foster independence, and create meaningful relationships. We are delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with the LSOK community and to contribute to experiences that inspire, motivate, and leave lasting memories.
